With over a decade of experience in education, Brittany has a passion for math education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Spelman College and a Master's in Teacher Education from CGU, along with teaching credentials in Mathematics and Special Education. Known for being tech-savvy, Brittany appreciates utilizing data to inform instruction. Having worked both in the classroom and out as an instructional coach, she is excited to begin her new journey at HTH GSE as a Math Improvement Facilitator. As a committed advocate for equity and improvement in math education, Brittany remains dedicated to empowering educators through coaching and mentorship. Brittany is also an avid traveler with a passion for exploring new cultures and destinations. This love for travel fuels her commitment to equity and improvement in math education, as she recognizes the importance of inclusive and culturally responsive teaching.
