The High Tech High Graduate School of Education (HTH GSE) is a private non-profit institution licensed to operate by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE). Approval to operate means the institution is compliant with the minimum standards contained in the California Private Postsecondary Education Act of 2009 (as amended) and Division 7.5 of Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations (CEC 94909(a)(2) and CEC 94897(l)(1)(2). HTH GSE is also accredited by WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) as an accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education.
